My babies!

We had such a great weekend in Oklahoma. The kiddos LOVED the time they got to spend with Gramma and Grandpa and so did we. We are looking forward to another "special weekend."

Above: Lyra and Logan playing on the mat when we first got to the hotel. They were both so ready to get out of their car seats.

Below: Lyra wanted to hold Logan Sunday morning before we headed to go eat breakfast. I LOVE this picture!
Lyra got tired of holding Logan so she wanted to lay down. Was fine with me because that meant another cute photo opportunity.

Logan's turn

Now it's time to show off some pictures of Logan.
Above: Jason put him in his lap, in the truck, and he grabbed the steering wheel. It wont be long!
Below: Logan playing on his mat on top of the hotel bed. There was no way I was putting that thing on the floor. Ewwww
Logan had to get a bath b/c he got hot at the museum. Don't worry everyone, I cleaned out the sink before I put him in it. Logan actually peed onto the counter top. It was funny!
Jason and Logan sleeping in on Sunday morning.
Logan LOVES his daddy. I do believe he's going to be a "daddy's boy."

Group shots

Above: Jason and Logan in the truck at a state park. It was way to hot for Logan to be outside.
Below: Gramma and Lyra reading Green Eggs and Ham. It's Lyra's favorite book now :)
Gramma getting Logan dressed after his bath. He is all ready for night night.
Grandpa and Lyra at the hotel pool on Saturday night. She got to enjoy the pool for at least 30 mins. Maybe next time we will be able to get more use out of it, Lyra just LOVES to swim.
Grandpa and Logan chilling out on the bed.

Muskogee, Ok

Last weekend we met Gramma and Grandpa in Muskogee, Ok for the weekend. This week has gone by so fast and I just now have a spare moment to post some of the pictures. I apologized for the delay, but they will be worth the wait, I promise :)

Above: Lyra had to go to the potty, so we pulled over on the side of the road. She thought it was cool that her potty was there :) It took her a few moments to go, but she did after I mentioned C*A*N*D*Y!

Below: Friday even after we all made it to the hotel we decided to grab dinner at El Chico. The food was great, but the "white sauce" was nasty (get your minds out of the gutter people, it was sour cream and blue cheese *we think*)
Lyra being silly when we were loading up the truck to come back home. She thought it was so fun to ride with her stuff.
After we checked out of the hotel on Sunday, we stopped by a park that had a "spash ground." Lyra had a blast and got to see ducks, ride on a peddle boat, and swing with Grandpa. Did I mention it was HOT?!

Silly Boy

Logan was suppose to be taken a nap, but he decided he didn't want to. So Lyra and I went into the room to "talk" to him. Lyra put the sheet on him and he LOVED it.

Boy he is getting to big way to fast. Can't believe he will be 3 months old tomorrow.
Look at the smile. He is started to figure out how to laugh. It is way to cute. Can't wait till he gets it down good :)

Tuesday's play-date

Tuesday we went to watch "Shorts" with the Quills. It was Logan and Lyra's first time at a movie theatre. Logan slept the whole time and Lyra enjoy the candy and popcorn, but the movie didn't capture her attention. Good thing she brought her baby doll inside to entertain herself. After the movie was over we went back to the Quill's to have a play-date.

Above: Lyra and Logan waiting for the movie to start.
Below: Lyra eating a banana Popsicle.
Leksi and Lyra eating their Popsicles. Aren't they beautiful princess'?
Logan was enjoying his Ricci time. He actually laughed for the first time when Liberty was barking. It was to cute :)
Garrett waited so long to have another boy around. Logan is really going to look up to him, I can just see it now.

Helping with feeding

Monday evening I caught Lyra feeding Logan his bottle. Guess she missed him while she was at Granny and Papa's for the weekend.

Jason and I are so blessed with two wonderful kiddos!

And of course, Lyra had to take a picture of Logan. She always does such a good job.
