Daddy's Office

Yesterday I took the kids to Jason's work for a visit. It was Logan's first time to Daddy's Office. In the picture above, Lyra found where Daddy kept his change from lunches. She had to count it out to him :)

At least Logan was paying attention.

I just love all three of then bunches. They are my whole world.

Lyra actually took this picture. She does such a great job lining things up.

After a long day, Logan was ready to try out his new portable swing. Thanks Pam for letting us have it, he LOVES it!

Thanks Gramma and Grandpa!

Lyra received a "big girl" card in the mail today from Gramma and Grandpa. She enjoyed opening it and finding all the goodies inside. She is really excited to go to Toys R Us to spend her "big girl" gift card.

Floor time

Today I brought out Lyra's old floor mat. Logan wasn't sure about it, but after a while he started to look around. He will enjoy it more when he gets just a tad bit older.

Lyra and Logan were laying down together. It was the cutest thing.

Happy 30th Birthday Heather

Logan styling with his first pair of tennis shoes (thanks Gramma)

Tonight we celebrated Heather's 30th birthday at Blacked Eye Peas. What a great evening with family. It was so nice to see everyone and Logan got to meet another one of his great aunts for the first time.

Logan and Papa!

Brandon and Aunt April

Lyra got a mini sundae with her kids meal.

You look so goofy Heather! They could've been meaner though, but they just sang to her while she stood up in front of everyone.

Talk to me!

All clean!

Had to capture some pictures of Logan tonight after his bath. He's such a handsome boy and enjoys his baths.

He was talking up a storm to me in this one.

Look at that smile. First time I was able to catch it on my camera.

Swimming Pool

Last night we took Lyra to Target to pick out a "big girl" toy for being potty trained. She has gone a whole week without any accidents. We are so very proud of her!

She picked out a pool and Jason put it at the end of her slide. I don't think she will ever get tired of this and it's going to be hard getting her to come inside.

My babies

Jason and I were watching TV one evening and Lyra wanted to get our attention. She started rocking herself in her babies crib. It was the funniest thing, especially since she turned over :)

Both of my babies passed out on the couch. Don't worry, the one hanging over the edge is just Lyra's baby doll. Didn't notice it while I was taking the picture.

Jason slept on the couch the other night because he couldn't sleep with Lyra in our bed. So when I woke up that morning I found Sandy on the couch with his pillow. Thought it was a good photo shot. She only wishes I made it out for her every evening.

Happy Father's Day Dad!

I took my Dad out to eat on Monday for Father's Day. Sorry dad we went to early, guess I thought every ones lunch time was the same as mine :)

Daddy, your face cracks me up in this picture :) Even Logan is looking at you with a strange look.

I was feeding Logan so Lyra had to feed her baby as well. Granny had to keep her cover so no one would see anything. We were all laughing and I think Lyra embarrassed Granny a little bit.

After our lunch we went out to the house for the afternoon. Logan took the best nap EVER. He slept for 2 1/2 hours on my parent's water bed. Guess I am going to have to make a water bed mattress for his crib :)

Happy Father's Day

Jason on his first Father's Day with Lyra and Logan. What a special day. We started with breakfast with Stanley, came home for presents, then went to Great PawPaw's for a cookout. It was such a great day and the kiddos enjoyed spending the whole day with Jason. We love you Hunny, you make the best daddy!

Dog trainer

Lyra just loves giving Ruby and Sandy treats. She thinks it so cool to make them do tricks.

Poor Lyra didn't feel good Saturday. Her nose kept running and therefor it started to hurt due to all the wiping. She wanted medicine (lotion) and a band aide on it.

The big 50!

Happy 50th Birthday Aunt Clara! We had a great time celebrating her "big day," at Outback.

Uncle Bubba meeting his great nephew for the first time. Logan looked so tiny against his Uncle Bubba.
Getting some "Papa" time in.

Water Girl

Lyra LOVES the water. We couldn't get her out of it. Jason did such a great job playing with her and watching her while I was taking care of Logan. Maybe next year Logan will be able to get into the water.

Even though it felt like 100 degrees outside, Lyra was freezing when she got out of the water. To funny!

She's such a "Daddy's Girl."
